Just used Rick for the first time when I couldn't get a hold of my usual servicer. I was desperate because my A/C had gone out and it's been hot and going to get hotter! Due to having an obscure brand, and it being under warranty (and me wanting to utilize said warranty), Rick came recommended for that and dealing with the warranty as he was familiar with the brand.

Awesome service to replace a 40 year old system in my house. Repaired the ductwork, upped from a 4 ton to a 5 ton (no one could beat the price). Once installed, they were quickly called back to realize the manufacturer had sent the wrong coil system. Rick was on top of it! Came back and replaced the coil system! No need to call anyone else - this is the one to call!
