Just used Rick for the first time when I couldn’t get a hold of my usual servicer. I was desperate because my A/C had gone out and it’s been hot and going to get hotter! Due to having an obscure brand, and it being under warranty (and me wanting to utilize said warranty), Rick came recommended for that and dealing with the warranty as he was familiar with the brand.

He was able to come out the very next day, and was very courteous and called when he was going to be a little later than the original time.

He fixed my unit, didn’t cost a fortune, and was very HONEST when I asked questions. He was very nice and respectful. He also took care of the warranty paperwork so that it was honored.
